Position: Staffing Sales Representative/Full-desk Recruiter
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Waterbury, CT and New Haven, CT
Salary: Up to $75,000, based on experience and skill level

Requirements: We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly, outgoing sales professional or full-desk recruiter who enjoys building and cultivating long-term relationships. A light industrial staffing background is a plus, but not required.
Description: Call on manufacturers, warehousers and similar clients, generate leads, perform client follow-up, schedule in-person client visits and close sales. Pass down job requirements and assist recruiters with job openings.
Interview Process: A phone interview with the recruiter, then the next steps will be provided.
