At SuperGaming, we are building India’s gaming revolution. We build games like Indus (India’s own Battle Royale), MaskGun (100M users), Silly Royale (20M users) and SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built).
As an Associate QA, you won’t just test features - you’ll be the gatekeeper of the player experience. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end quality process for your game, ensuring that every release is stable, bug-free, and genuinely fun to play. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to proactively catch issues early on, validate fixes, and uphold high-quality standards across all builds and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end testing and quality control.
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and developers to define testable goals for every release.
- Create and maintain test plans and cases for features, content updates, and game builds.
- Run regular playtests and report bugs clearly with logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
- Track, manage, and validate bugs through JIRA or other tracking tools.
- Perform regression, sanity, and smoke testing to ensure stability of builds.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders regularly.
- Suggest improvements to game UX and usability based on player perspective.
- Stay proactive and take initiative to spot edge cases and potential issues.
- Manage daily QA tasks while handling unexpected testing requirements (hotfixes, live issues).
Experience & Skills Required:
- 1–3 years of QA experience in a gaming company
- Prior experience testing mobile games (live or in development)
- Hands-on with bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed bug reports
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: Exposure to Unity, scripting, or automation tools is a plus
- A deep love for games and the desire to make them better!
