At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We have built games like MaskGun (70M users globally) and Silly Royale (20M users globally) in the past. Now we are building Battle Stars (3M users in a month) and Indus (an Indo-futuristic Battle Royale).
We are looking to hire Concept Artists who can join our Art team to work on our open world game to collaborate with our team of designers on the expansion of our game maps and help shape a highly ambitious shooter, the first of it's kind for the country. Responsibilities:
- Create outstanding concept artwork that helps guide the tone, mood and aesthetic of the product
- Create character, creature, weapon, vehicle and item concepts including detailed callouts for production-ready asset creation.
- Take art and design requirements and provide creative solutions to challenging briefs
- Create environment mood paintings, lighting studies, and color keys
- Deliver thumbnail sketches, mood boards and full color finished concept art of characters, props and/or environments
- Collaborate with team members from all disciplines to drive our creative vision forward.
Experience & Skills required:
- 3+ years in the industry as an artist contributing to at least 2 shipped games.
- Understands fundamental art theory including principles of color, light, composition and anatomy.
- Expertise with Photoshop is a must.
- Portfolio that shows interesting, stylized characters and environments.
- Ability to translate design brief into compelling, desirable, resonating and delightful visual experience.
