Last year we made and released Battle Stars, a Casual Battle Royale that has been downloaded over 7 Million times and Won Google Play Best Game Made in India.
In the past we have built games like MaskGun (80M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built).
As an HR Specialist at SuperGaming, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive company culture, and supporting HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging introduction to SuperGaming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance onboarding programs.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations by being accurate with the employee data.
- Assist in conducting regular employee engagement and feedback sessions.
- Organize and drive initiatives to strengthen and promote the company’s culture and values.
- Help manage a rewards and recognition program to celebrate and acknowledge employee contributions.
- Bring in optimization and efficiency in the HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
Experience & Skills required:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A culture enthusiast and someone passionate about gaming.
