We are looking for a Level Designer to join us on the development team of one of THE MOST ICONIC games - PAC-MAN! As a member of the design team, you will collaborate directly with the development team to make fabulous content for the game which SuperGaming has been shipping for the past 5 years.
At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We have built games like MaskGun (70M users globally) and Silly Royale (20M users globally) in the past. Now we are building Battle Stars (3M users in a month) and Indus (an Indo-futuristic Battle Royale).
Responsibilities
- Create new content for the PAC-MAN mobile game
- Design and ship unique mazes
- Work with the rest of the design team to ideate and create new features
Experience & Skills required
- 1 - 2 Years of level design experience in casual games (platformers, maze runners, lite-strategy)
- You should be experienced in level design and have general knowledge of game design principles
- Critical eye for detail. The smallest errors should jump out to you
- An ability to embrace an environment that iterates constantly - where good ideas triumph quickly
- Have worked on a successful (>1M MAU) free to play game
- Proven effectiveness in directing or delivering design for high quality games with at least one shipped game product of which you were a primary contributor (self published titles are acceptable).
- Understanding of Game UI and Game flow and also being able to use editing software like Adobe XD or Photoshop
- Experience in a programming/scripting language/Excel tooling
- Can easily identify and explain any top game’s strengths and weaknesses
- Can identify largest, positive trends in F2P games along with recent increasing systems
