At SuperGaming, we are building India’s gaming revolution. We build games like MaskGun (90M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and are also building an Indo-futuristic battle royale called Indus (10M pre-registrations).

We are seeking a talented Product Manager for Indus Battle Royale. You will play a key role in shaping the in-game economy and monetization strategy that drive player engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and iterate monetization and progression systems.
  • Recommend rewards and monetization game features.
  • Contribute to game features/systems design that compel and re-engage players.
  • Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods: balance free content vs. paid currency in the game economy.
  • Collaborate with game designers on new game features to maximize short and long-term player satisfaction, and provide for monetization opportunities.
  • Drive new initiatives for monetizing and rewarding the customer base.
  • Analyze monetization strategies in various games, deconstruct them, and translate key insights for improving our game.
     

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in product management for mobile and free-to-play games, with a focus on monetization and progression systems
  • Proficiency in Excel and complex formulas, with the ability to create visual designs using tools such as machinations.
  • Expertise in gacha mechanics and other monetization strategies, with the ability to implement and optimize these systems.
  • Strong analytical skills capable of synthesizing game systems and mechanics
  • Expertise in games with virtual goods economies and business models
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize the game design workflow from concept to release and post-release support.
