We are currently looking for Software Engineer Team Lead to be part of a team that is responsible for delivering timely, high-quality releases You will work in a team environment to design, develop, deliver, and support software desktop applications. Team leadership experience is a must.
As a team lead you would have experience in
- Lead your team in implementing technical features
- Coach your team on Agile practices
- Mentor the developers on your team
- Manage your team’s performance
- Work closely with your team's Product Owner to provide feature/timeline updates
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of experience in software development industry
- Experience writing code in C++
- Experience with C#/.NET is a plus
- Experience with SQL Server databases
- Familiarity with, or interest in, agile principles, values and practices
- Experience with leading technical features
- Experience with leading teams of developers
This position is fully remote but you must be based in Poland. It will pay up to 360k PLN on a Contract of Employment (CoE)
