We are currently looking for an innovative, passionate, and self-guided Software Engineer Team Lead to be part of a team that is responsible for delivering timely, high-quality releases that delight our customers. You will work in a collaborative, multi-functional team environment to design, develop, deliver, and support software desktop applications within the upstream energy analytics space. Team leadership experience is a must.
As a team lead you would:
· Lead your team in implementing technical features with good quality
· Coach your team on Agile practices
· Mentor the developers on your team
· Manage your team’s performance and development
· Work closely with your team's Product Owner to provide feature/timeline updates
Qualifications that would make you a good fit for this role:
· Minimum B.Sc. in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
· 8+ years of experience in software development industry
· Experience writing code in C++
· Experience with C#/.NET is a plus
· Experience with SQL Server databases
· Familiarity with, or interest in, agile principles, values and practices
· Experience with leading technical features
· Experience with leading teams of developers
This position is fully remote, although you must be based in Poland. Due to the role being managerial we only offer a permanent role on Contract of Employment, paying 348k PLN + bonus + benefits.
