What you'll be doing:
Scale our customers' successes
- Improve our workflows, and increase automation
- Develop guides, videos, FAQ & online resources
- Host and grow our webinars
Take our support to the next level
- Lead all support channels (Missive, Crisp, Email, Phone, and Swapcard)
- Provide excellent customer service by advising and assisting users and customers
- Innovate where you see the need for improvements
- Attend events to provide live support
Become a product expert and improve the Swapcard Platform
- Achieve an expert-level understanding of our product and its offerings
- Collaborate with the Product Team to rise feedback and suggestion
- Identify and interview power users
Your Profile:
- Final year of studies (available for a full-time role after internship)
- Prior experience in customer service, support or project management
- Experienced and/or interested in tech and events
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
- Service oriented & empathetic toward clients
- Not afraid to set tools and workflows
- Startup mindset - ready to learn, adapt, & initiate quickly
- Passionate, proactive, and involved
- Optimistic & calm when under pressure
- Enjoy solving problems
- Fluent in French and English, any other language would be appreciated!
