Position Overview:
As a Delegate Sales Executive at Synergy Media, you’ll connect leading enterprise technology clients and their target audiences via bespoke fine dining and round table experiences. Your role combines strategic outreach and marketing through phone, social media, and targeted digital engagement to attract and acquire senior executives and speakers for our events. This exciting position also involves travel to domestic and international events, making each day unique and energising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the industry to cultivate high-quality leads and establish lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with the Events Team: Gain deep insights into event logistics, enhancing your ability to secure top-tier attendees.
- Event Attendance & On-Site Engagement: Join select events on-site throughout the year, connecting directly with clients and attendees.
- Research & Targeting: Use internet research and social media to proactively identify customer needs and explore new business opportunities.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep our CRM database up to date with accurate, detailed records.
- Support & Debrief: Guide attendees through the registration process and contribute to post-event debriefs to help shape future event strategy.
Essential Skills:
- Sales/Events Experience: A proven track record in sales or events or transferable skills.
