Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates, ensuring the best possible experience for all parties. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries from clients and candidates
• Communicate with clients to understand their talent needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Identify and qualify potential candidates for open positions through various channels
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule job interviews for candidates with clients
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client information in the database
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or candidates in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
