About the Role:
As the Head of Operations of TAYARi Transitions, you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprises day-to-day operations, ensuring that both internal processes and external partnerships function seamlessly. This role involves operational leadership across various departments, strategic partnership management, administrative oversight, and team coordination to ensure that TAYARi’s objectives are met efficiently. You will also spearhead efforts to foster community engagement, oversee event management, and develop organizational infrastructure, working closely with the Managing Partner to execute the strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, aligning workflows with strategic goals
- Manage team coordination, onboarding, and resource allocation
- Maintain scheduling, communication, and record-keeping systems
- Lead partnership identification, engagement, and relationship management
- Direct community events and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Foster community-building and networking opportunities
- Oversee cohesive outreach efforts and social media engagement
- Ensure timely, accurate content updates across digital platforms
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in operational leadership, particularly in social impact or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in event planning, community engagement, and program execution.
- Ability to oversee administrative functions and implement operational systems effectively.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in managing outreach and digital communications.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term organizational sustainability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media or community platforms is an advantage.
