The Tayari Group is a family owned group of companies with headquarters in Kenya, we are a rapidly growing global market leader in the service, investment, hospitality, training and coaching industry. It currently consists of 3 companies and employs 8 employees. This role will support Tayari.live, responsible for the education activities, and Real estate empire, responsible for the investment activities, both companies within the Tayari Group.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to quickly learn the business and act as the CEO’s right hand in both day-to-day execution and strategic initiatives. We envision this role growing to take up a mid-level managerial role with successful performance.

This role will be based in Kenya or Nigeria but it is 100% remote.
The candidate will use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of an organization. They will dive into the exciting world of ed-tech, and support the implementation and maintenance of technology and media resources within our organization. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
You will need to be comfortable with regular update meetings with the team to plan and strategize.
For the hiring process we will be giving out practical assessment tasks with video interviews, as needed, for shortlisted candidates. The first 3 months of working will be probational and payment based on a per task accomplished. During this probationary period, you may start on 50% of the pay scale based on your skills assessment.
