The Bedfordshire team are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for a variety of positions in primary schools across Luton and surrounding areas of Bedfordshire. As an agency we work with you to help you find the perfect position whether that be supply work, long term roles or you are on the search for your dream permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, including those with special educational needs.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
• Prepare and maintain classroom resources and materials.
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch and break times.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with as a HLTA
• Relevant High Level Teaching Assistant qualifications 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
