We are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic about making a difference. As a Level 2/3 teaching assistant you will have a genuine passion for working with children, supporting their learning, and helping them achieve their potential.
As a Level 2/3 supply teaching assistant you will Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, assisting in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. You may work with individual students or small groups providing additional support and assistance where needed.
Requirements:
-Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant
-Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special education Level 2 or above
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
-Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students
-A commitment to continuous professional development and learning
