We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our growing team, supporting students in Northampton and the surrounding areas of Northamptonshire. These roles are to fit around your wants and needs whether that be flexible supply work to fit around other personal commitments or long term positions.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individual students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will Provide tailored support to individual students, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs whilst Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with on a 1:1 basis
- Relevant Teaching assistant qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
