We serve schools throughout Bedfordshire and are currently recruiting teaching assistants for all primary age groups. This role offers an immediate start with the potential for both short and long-term assignments.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant
- Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
