We are currently recruiting for Teaching assistants across all primary ages to join our team for work on a supply basis in Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas. As a teaching assistant at teaching tomorrow we require individuals who are dedicated to fostering a love for learning in young minds and supportive growth.
This role is open for an immediate start with the potential of continuing into Short and long term roles. As a teaching assistant with Teaching Tomorrow, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of young learners. You will Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all students are actively participating and understanding the material, while helping maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment by implementing effective behavior management strategies and encouraging positive student interactions. Teaching Tomorrow are building strong relationships across Bedfordshire and the surround areas, so we are in an excellent position to support you in finding a new, exciting opportunity!
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant
- Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
