Teaching Tomorrow, reliable and experienced education specialists, are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers and Cover Staff to join their team for supply cover work starting from September 2024.
Based in Northamptonshire, the cover work will offer the chance to make a significant impact on student's learning, across Key Stage 2 and beyond. In return such work allows you to gain a positive work life balance with flexibility and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and supervision across various subjects and year groups, focusing on Key Stage 2 and higher.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments, ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences.
- Implement and follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create engaging lessons when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, supporting all students' learning and well-being.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Comfortable covering lessons across national UK curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
