Teaching Tomorrow is delighted to be working with a wonderful, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Infant School in Luton to recruit a Year 2 Teacher for a maternity cover role, starting after the February half-term.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 2 students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Utilise effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support student development and maintain classroom discipline.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive educational experience.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong and successful Year 2/ Key Stage 1 teaching experience
- Must be available 4/5 days a week
- Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
