Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with experience in Key Stage 2.
- A thorough understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong behavior management skills and the ability to create a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
- Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to meet the challenges and opportunities of covering a maternity leave position.
