Our schools pride themselves on creating supportive, inclusive environments where staff and students thrive. You’ll be joining teams that value consistency, professionalism, and energy in the classroom.

What we offer:

  • Competitive daily rates
  • Flexible work to fit your lifestyle – part-time or full-time
  • Opportunities in a variety of local secondary schools
  • Ongoing support from our experienced team
  • A chance to build valuable experience in education

We're looking for Cover Supervisors who:

  • Are confident managing a classroom and engaging young people
  • Can follow pre-set lesson plans and keep students on task
  • Are professional, reliable, and adaptable
  • Have strong communication and behaviour management skills

Make a positive impact in local schools while gaining essential experience in the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching).
  • Confidence in leading and managing groups of students.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
