We're looking for Cover Supervisors who:
- Are confident managing a classroom and engaging young people
- Can follow pre-set lesson plans and keep students on task
- Are professional, reliable, and adaptable
- Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
Make a positive impact in local schools while gaining essential experience in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching).
- Confidence in leading and managing groups of students.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach.
- A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
