Teaching Tomorrow is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Northampton. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the classroom while enjoying flexibility in their work.
Your role will include:
- Supervising lessons in the absence of a teacher.
- Ensuring students stay on task with pre-prepared work.
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive environment.
- Supporting students to stay engaged and motivated.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching).
- Confidence in leading and managing groups of students.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach.
- A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
