Teaching Tomorrow is currently recruiting a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools in Leighton Buzzard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience. The role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced cover supervisors seeking flexible work within supportive school environments.
The role:
Supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Ensuring students remain on task and engaged
Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
Supporting a positive and safe learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
Confidence leading a classroom independently
A proactive, adaptable and professional approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
