We are currently seeking dedicated and experience long term Early Years Foundation Stage ( EYFS) Teachers for primary schools in Northampton. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and want to make a sustained impact in the classroom. As a long-term EYFS teacher, you will take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and communication with parents, while covering for long-term absences or vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
-Plan, prepare, and assess student work to ensure high standards of learning and development.
-Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
-Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
-Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
-Adapt to different school environments and integrate smoothly into school communities.
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Proven experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
-Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices.
-Excellent classroom management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons.
