We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Long-Term Supply Teachers for primary schools in Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about making a sustained impact in the classroom, while enjoying the variety and flexibility of supply teaching. As a long-term supply teacher, you will take on full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, assessment, and parent communication, while covering for long-term absences or vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
-Plan, prepare, and assess student work to ensure high standards of learning and achievement.
-Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
-Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
-Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
-Adapt to different school environments and integrate smoothly into school communities.
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Proven teaching experience in primary schools in the UK.
-Strong classroom management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
