Teaching Tomorrow is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Bedfordshire who are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers to join their teams. We are recruiting for a range of roles across French, Spanish and German, with opportunities to teach across KS3 and KS4, and in some cases KS5.

The Role
As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging and purposeful lessons that support pupils to develop confidence and fluency in a foreign language. You will plan lessons in line with the curriculum, maintain high expectations, and create a positive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where required)
Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners of all abilities
Assess progress and provide clear feedback to support improvement
Maintain effective behaviour management and high classroom expectations
Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred (or relevant UK teaching experience)
Strong subject knowledge in French, Spanish and/or German
Ability to inspire and engage pupils in language learning
A professional, flexible and reliable approach
