The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you're tenacious, driven, and passionate about education, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and place candidates in line with client requirements
- Build and manage long-term relationships with schools and educators
- Drive new business through lead generation and outbound activity
- Match candidates to suitable job roles using a variety of tools
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including aftercare
- Accurately maintain client and candidate data
- Meet and exceed KPIs and financial targets
- Stay up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (education sector a bonus)
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ambitious, resilient and target-driven
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Solid ICT skills and accurate data entry capability
