Teaching Tomorrow are looking for SEN teaching assistants to work across primary schools in Northamptonshire for an immediate start. Great opportunities to work across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 on a part-time or full-time basis.
This role would be suitable for educators looking to work at primary schools in Northamptonshire, specialising in helping pupils with SEN needs.
Responsibilities:
Supporting SEN students
Communicating with parents and staff
Helping students access the curriculum and thrive in their educational journey
Qualifications:
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is required
Familiarity with teaching strategies for students with autism and developmental disabilities is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and classroom management strategies
