Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
- Promote inclusion and well-being across the school community
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, flexible, and caring approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting education and child development
(A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.)
