Teaching Tomorrow is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and supportive primary school in Oxford seeking a dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible through to July 2026.

This is a part-time teaching role (Monday to Thursday) with full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation and marking. The successful candidate will take on a mixed Year 3/4 class of 32 pupils and will be supported by a collaborative leadership team and wider staff body committed to high standards and positive outcomes for all children.

The Role:

Part-time Year 3/4 class teacher (Monday – Thursday)

Mixed class of 32 pupils

Full planning, preparation and marking responsibilities

Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress

Creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment

Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents

The School:

Located in Oxford

Supportive and experienced senior leadership team

Strong focus on pupil wellbeing and academic achievement

Welcoming and community-driven ethos

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3/4 experience desirable)

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

Is organised, proactive and committed to raising standards

Has a genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
