Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors of Commerce/ Accounting & Finance/ Insurance 10+2+3
- Masters will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling day-to-day accounts, accounts finalization, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation & invoicing.
- Should be able to multi-task.
- Ability to close the loop quickly with external & internal stakeholders & CA firm
About the Role: ( Administration & Accounts Executive- Associate)
- Handling day to day expenses such as invoices, bills, project expenses and income statements, reimbursements, and accounts payable and receivables.
- Bank reconciliations
- Co-ordinating with Banks & CA's
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies.
- Verifying bank deposits.
- Managing day-to-day transactions, recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
- Handling Petty Cash expenses
- Maintaining the financial MIS on regular basis
- Should have working knowledge of TDS & GST
- Assisting in Finalisation
- Should be able to handle Admin work as well
- Should be able to work on Zoho, Quickbooks & Tally ERP 9
- Data entry in accounting softwares
- Males preferred
Office Timings- 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
