Our partners in the UK are expanding their performance team with a CRO Specialist who understands how to turn traffic into revenue. This is a conversion-first landing page optimisation role, not a developer position. The focus is on building, testing, and improving high-performing ecommerce landing pages for DTC brands.
If you’re passionate about user behaviour, layout hierarchy, and designing pages that convert cold traffic into buyers, you’ll fit right in.
About
As a dedicated CRO Specialist, you’ll take ownership of landing page design, conversion-driven layout improvements, and iterative testing across ecommerce funnels. You’ll work closely with paid media and creative teams to ensure messaging, structure, and page experience are aligned with performance goals.
You will not be managing analytics dashboards, reporting, or client communication — the strategy and client-facing responsibilities stay with the media team. Your focus is purely on improving conversion performance through design.
Core Responsibilities
Design and optimise high-converting ecommerce landing pages for DTC brands (Shopify-focused).
Run structured layout and content tests (A/B, multivariate) using tools like Google Optimize or equivalent.
Improve on-page elements such as hierarchy, user flow, trust signals, product positioning, and CTA clarity.
Collaborate with the creative team to align ads, messaging, and landing page structure.
Apply CRO best practices to increase AOV, reduce friction, and improve funnel performance.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support ad creative teams by ensuring design consistency across assets and funnels.
Provide feedback on how ads, landing pages, and product pages can work better together.
