Paid Media Manager


Overview

We've partnered with a US-based performance marketing agency in the US thats growing quickly and seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll manage and scale campaigns, primarily across Meta and Google Ads, driving exceptional results for a diverse mix of eCommerce and B2B clients. If you enjoy autonomy, love challenges, and can confidently manage campaigns while collaborating as part of a global team, this role is perfect for you.


 

Key Attributes

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive knowledge of online advertising across key channels, while also being highly organised and analytical. You’ll be focusing on maximising client ROI, while working closely with key stakeholders. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to take ownership of accounts.


 

How You’ll Contribute

  • Manage and scale high-performing paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and optimisation, managing bids and budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and delegate effectively to existing support specialists.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimise campaigns through rigorous A/B testing and creative iteration.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and suggest improvements to landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Produce detailed performance reports, clearly communicating campaign insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Track, measure, and report on performance, leveraging GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools to set up accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, continuously recommending and implementing strategic improvements.

     

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with an emphasis on eCommerce.
  • Proven experience optimising campaigns across platforms including Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation/reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio/Looker Studio).
  • Comfortable working within platforms like Slack, Google Suite, Monday, and Canva.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable making data-driven decisions and translating raw data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work full-time, aligned to US Central Time (9 AM – 5 PM).

Base Monthly Salary: 250,000 - 270,000 PKR
