About Team Virtual

Team Virtual helps UK & US digital agencies hire full‑time, “agency‑ready” offshore talent (Paid Media, SEO, Web, Design and more). Associates are employed by us (EOR) and managed day‑to‑day by clients. We run fast hiring sprints, then stay close to associates and clients to ensure smooth onboarding, strong performance and long‑term retention.

The Role

You’ll own the full people lifecycle across Talent Acquisition → Placements → Onboarding → Culture → Retention. In sprint periods, you’ll lead coordinated hiring to fill roles quickly and well. Between sprints, you’ll drive the evergreen people engine: policies, programs, partnerships, data, engagement and process improvement, so we’re always ready for the next brief and our associates are thriving in current seats.

You’ll suit this if: you like building systems, collaborating with clients and candidates, and turning insights into repeatable playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition & Placements (Sprint‑Led)

Run role intake with Sales/CSM; calibrate JDs and success criteria with clients.

Source via ATS, LinkedIn, referrals and partnerships; maintain a warm bench.

Screen for capability + culture; run skills tests; manage structured interviews.

Facilitate client loops: scheduling, scorecards, debriefs, negotiation.

Own offers, contracts, verification/background checks, and start logistics.

Handover to CSM with success metrics, 30‑60‑90 plan and risk notes.

2) People Ops & HR (Evergreen)

Maintain HRIS/ATS records, payroll inputs and benefits admin; ensure data hygiene.

Keep policies current; coach managers on application and consistency.

Handle employee relations: grievances, conflict mediation, PIPs and exits.

Document SOPs across hiring, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.

3) Culture, Engagement & Retention

Design monthly engagement themes and rituals; run recognition and rewards.

Operate the Buddy and Manager Enablement programmes (checklists, templates).

Run eNPS and pulse surveys; publish insights and action plans.

Partner with CSM to spot churn risks early and execute save‑plans.

4) Learning & Development

Curate micro‑learning for PPC/SEO/Web foundations; track learning hours.

Facilitate workshops (tools, client communication, agency ways‑of‑working).

Map competencies and career steps for common roles; propose growth paths.

5) Employer Brand & Partnerships

Own job ads, talent brand assets and candidate experience.

Build partnerships with universities, bootcamps and communities; run info sessions.

Publish the Talent Drop / community newsletter for pipeline warmth.

6) People Analytics & Reporting

Maintain dashboards on funnel health, quality and retention.

Report weekly (active briefs, pipeline, risks) and monthly (KPIs, wins, lessons).

Run A/B tests on sourcing, assessments and onboarding; document learnings.

Qualifications

Must‑haves

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years in HR/Talent roles, ideally in digital agencies, SaaS or tech services.

Proven experience placing PPC/SEO/Web roles and partnering with demanding stakeholders.

Strong documentation and process‑building skills; policy writing experience.

Confident with employee relations, coaching managers and handling sensitive cases.

Excellent written and spoken English; clear, tactful communication and negotiation.

Data‑literate (Google Sheets/Excel) with an eye for experiments and iteration.

Nice‑to‑haves

Exposure to EOR models and remote‑first teams.

Knowledge of UK/US agency market salary bands and benefits trends.

Facilitation/coach training; survey design; DEI programming.

Tools you’ll use
