Overview
As an Inside Sales IT professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and market share for our organization by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT industry. Your ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, combined with your technical expertise, will be essential in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote IT products and services
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the value of our IT solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to promote our IT offerings
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to represent the company and its products
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant product information
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
- Work closely with the technical support team to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends
