What You'll Do:
• Strategize and Plan Content: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring every post and campaign contributes to our brand’s success.
• Create Engaging Content: Design compelling, on-brand content tailored to our target audiences, fostering brand awareness and loyalty through captivating visuals and messaging.
• Analyze Performance Metrics: Utilize cutting-edge analytical tools to track and evaluate social media performance, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Engage with the Audience: Actively interact with followers and customers across various platforms, building a vibrant and supportive online community.
• Leverage Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by embracing the latest social media trends and technologies, keeping our brand’s presence fresh and relevant.
• Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand message and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor Brand Reputation: Track and manage our brand’s online reputation, addressing both positive and negative feedback with professionalism.
• Manage Social Media Advertising: Oversee and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness, ensuring a solid return on investment.
• Report on Campaign Results: Prepare and present detailed reports on social media campaign performance to leadership and stakeholders, showcasing results and insights.
• Implement Crisis Management Plans: Proactively manage potential PR crises on social media platforms to safeguard the brand’s reputation.
• Monitor SEO: Optimize social media content for search engines, aligning with SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.
What We Seek:
• 1 year of experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
• Expertise in content creation with a knack for crafting visually appealing and engaging posts that resonate with target audiences.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to track performance, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with followers, responding to queries, and fostering a sense of community across platforms.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and technologies to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Understanding of SEO and social media optimization, with the ability to create content that enhances visibility and drives organic traffic.
• Ability to manage social media advertising, including creating and optimizing paid campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and handle social media crises effectively.
