- Position: Caretaker at Testify.ai
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office building, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting.
- Ensure the tidiness of common areas such as the lobby, break room, and restrooms.
- Monitor and restock supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and office supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any issues or hazards and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the building, such as locking doors and activating alarms.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of basic handyman skills and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Proficient in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor polisher.
