Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized quality analyst to join our growing team at Testify.ai.inen. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the established quality standards and exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the project requirements, identify potential quality issues, and develop testing strategies.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects, usability issues, and performance issues.
- Analyze and document test results, report bugs, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to project teams and stakeholders on the quality of the software products.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance the software testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in test planning, test case creation, and defect tracking.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and TestRail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
