We’re looking for passionate and talented team players who want to make a difference in people's lives, enter the world of advanced technology education, and push the limits of innovation in Southeast Asia.This role supports an innovative ed-tech product designed to open up data literacy opportunities to women and is co-funded by an international grant.Eskwelabs is developing a mobile-based data literacy upskilling course for femaile freelancers. The Data Literacy Skillscourse (DLS) platform is a mobile application designed to deliver learning outcomes to our audience of learners through a four-week set of collaborative role based activities. Our co-creation partners for this project are FHMoms - a Facebook community of over 350,000 moms working from home. This project aims to reach 10,000 learners in a two year period.This role works with our Data Literacy SkillsCourse squad with the following responsibilities:
- Support refinement and further development of the course curriculum, activities, user experiences, processes, and technology recommendations
- Support in the development of educational prototypes and the execution of education experiments at scale
- Design, develop and curate Data Literacy materials, including assessments, quizzes, reference materials, case studies and automated messages
- Monitor, evaluate and report on learner progress metrics
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities within the learning experience
- Participate in design thinking and ideation activities with squad members and external consultants
- Support and give recommendations on the prioritization of technical feature development
- Support community development initiatives with the Learning Communities Manager
- Support the planning of live events including community nights and mass livestreams
