We are seeking 2 dynamic and tenacious professionals who will begin as Business Development Managers for the USA division. In this role you will pioneer new business opportunities within the Parking Industry. As crucial members of our team, you will initiate and drive sales efforts with the support of C-Level executives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take the lead in expanding their market presence and establishing a strong foothold.
This role offers the potential for rapid advancement and equity participation within a proven international company. This is a great opportunity for professional growth since this is a new USA organization. They anticpate rapid growth and expansion in the near future.
In this role you will:
--Build the company's business by growing new business and leveraging existing business across a portfolio of products & services. You will prospect, identify, and target potential clients within the parking real estate sector to generate new business.
--Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass sales targets and revenue goals.
--Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings to build relationships and to close deals.
--Develop an active pipeline of qualified opportunities (positive contact with property manager/owner). The goal is to achieve a 30% close rate of qualified opportunities.
--Collaborate with C-Level executives to refine sales strategies and align business objectives.
--Demonstrate resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and setbacks, while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on long-term goals.
--Work towards becoming a senior leader within the organization, showcasing exceptional leadership and decision- making capabilities.
--Leverage market expertise, aiming to establish and grow a successful parking real estate franchise within the company.

- Proven sales track record and network within the Parking and Real Estate industry.
- 5 + years’ experience in Parking/Real Estate, with an extensive understanding of nuances, challenges, market trends, and opportunities.
- You are a strategic thinker that has the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving business strategies
- Currently working in the Texas market.
- You have existing positive relationships with property managers/owners.
- You have the drive and energy to push for success.
- You interested in working towards an equity position for the region being developed.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a track record of working well within a team.
