Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent education.
- Strong ability to remain calm and composed when communicating with upset customers.
- Proficiency with office software and computing technology.
- Prior experience in customer support or equivalent field, such as a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strategy and problem-solving skills for customer reviewing, assessment of customer data, and tracking customer issues.
