We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their complaints, while processing orders and modifications through various communication channels.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and work with people from diverse backgrounds. You will also be expected to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with customers through multiple channels, such as email or phone calls.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, while keeping detailed records of interactions.
  • Develop knowledge of company products and services to answer customer questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective customer support.
  • Provide constructive feedback on customer service processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives upon progression.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent education.
  • Strong ability to remain calm and composed when communicating with upset customers.
  • Proficiency with office software and computing technology.
  • Prior experience in customer support or equivalent field, such as a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strategy and problem-solving skills for customer reviewing, assessment of customer data, and tracking customer issues.
