Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst Specialist to join our growing team at The Hopkins Team. As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and make recommendations to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large complex datasets from various sources and platforms
- Develop and implement data collection systems, processes, and strategies
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data sets
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data findings in a clear and concise manner
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems, including data cleansing, data manipulation, and data mining
- Monitor data quality, spot errors, and make necessary corrections to ensure accurate and reliable information
- Develop and implement data analysis tools and models to improve business processes and operations
- Communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related role
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Strong understanding of data mining techniques and databases
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate industry is a plus
