Your Role
As a member of our Bank Staff team, you will:
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
- Supervise children during play and learning, ensuring their wellbeing
- Support and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Help maintain high standards of care and follow safeguarding policies
About You
We’re seeking flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about early years education.
Essential:
- A full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- Experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Desirable:
- Driving licence (helpful for travel between Weybridge and Leatherhead)
- Previous experience as a bank staff or in a flexible childcare role
