As participation in our programs continues to grow, we are expanding our remote team and seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support program delivery and learner engagement.

Role Overview
The Learning & Development Coordinator assists with the coordination and support of online training programs delivered through digital platforms. This role focuses on maintaining an organized learning environment, supporting program learners, and contributing to a positive experience throughout the training process.

This position is well suited to individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and working within a professional training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general information about the organization’s learning programs to individuals interested in our training programs
• Assist with participant onboarding and orientation processes
• Support online learning sessions and group discussions through digital platforms
• Maintain clear communication with learners throughout the learning process
• Participate in internal training sessions and team collaboration meetings
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learner engagement and training experiences

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and reliable with attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely using digital communication tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
• Interest in learning, professional development, and education programs
