We are seeking a Document Management Assistant to support our administrative and operations teams by organizing, maintaining, and processing company records. This remote role is well suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to support efficient document control and streamlined workflows.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents
  • Label, categorize, and store records to ensure easy and accurate retrieval
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
  • Assist with version control and ensure updated documents are distributed appropriately
  • Enter and maintain data within document management systems and databases
  • Scan, upload, archive, and manage records as needed
  • Support audits, reporting, and general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
