[Your Role As Our Operations & Systems Support Specialist]
As our Operations & Systems Support Specialist, you’ll be a key team player in supporting our Senior Operations Manager in building and maintaining systems to ensure that our operations and teams can run like clockwork!
- System Building & Data Visualisation: At The Pique Lab, we’re always looking to do what we do better, with data. With your technical expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Notion, you’ll be involved in helping all our teams develop and maintain data-driven systems. This includes creating and refining dashboards and visualisations so that we can track specific data easily and make data-backed improvements fast.
- System Testing & Quality Assurance: You’ll be involved in testing our internally developed apps (including our new Cloud Contact Centre!). With your ability to understand and anticipate the unique needs of different stakeholders, you’ll provide feedback on the usability and functionality of these tools.
- Project Management Support: We believe that strong systems lay the groundwork for sustainable growth - and so do you. You’ll be assisting in tracking tasks and timelines, as well as reminding our team when we’ve hit certain milestones together! You’ll be joining us at an exciting time in our growth chapter when we are ready for more experimental projects (yes, delivering Science and Math lessons in new ways!) and you’ll be part of the action spearheading and executing these new projects alongside us.
- Documentation & Policy Updates: To set our team members up for success in their roles, we invest a lot of time and effort in designing training programmes and systems. You’ll be assisting in the development of internal training documentation, including written guides and video content creation. Besides that, you’ll also be required to edit and draft written content to support team communications, so that our teams can stay updated with the latest news and policies.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (application of formulas, pivot tables & charts), including data visualisation and analysis
- High aptitude at learning and mastering new technologies independently via YouTube & ChatGPT
- Prior experience building databases and templates on Notion
- Basic proficiency in video editing (e.g. iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software)
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent from a top university
