KEY REMIT:
- Pipeline Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients, building a robust pipeline.
- Account Management: Build, nurture and grow great relationships with some of the coolest businesses out there.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Growth: Align with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Become the trusted advisor: Be the person that people come to for information. Your knowledge will make you valuable to every client you work with.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of consistent high performance in business development.
- Strong grasp of social media and influencer marketing as a growth category.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a drive for initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools.
