ROLE SUMMARY

 

At ThisThat, we’re searching for an innovative and strategic Growth Marketer to accelerate opportunities for our sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, your primary focus will be driving initial meetings (IMs) and expanding the pipeline by creating and executing campaigns across web, email, paid media, and organic channels. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, push boundaries, and optimise strategies to deliver measurable results.

 

This individual will work closely with marketing team member(s) focused on the drivers of growth (advocacy), as well as tap into a creative network to fuel content for campaigns, ensuring they’re engaging and effective.

 

 

 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Increase Opportunities for Sales

  • Create and execute campaigns to drive inbound and outbound leads.
  • Use email, web, and organic channels as the primary focus, expanding into paid media (e.g., LinkedIn) and product-driven growth.
  • Manage and optimise tools like HubSpot and 11x.

Own Growth Initiatives

  • Design and lead creative growth initiatives to expedite pipeline growth.
  • Leverage an agnostic approach to channels, testing, and scaling successful strategies.
  • Experiment with new ideas to drive seller engagement and boost initial meetings.

Optimise Performance

  • Analyse campaign performance, test new approaches and optimise to maximise results.
  • Ensure insights are used to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with marketing team members focused on advocacy to align growth efforts.
  • Work closely with the creative network to fuel campaigns with high-performing content.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on goals.

 


 

REQUIREMENTS


 

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years in a growth marketing role with a focus on digital channels.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HubSpot, paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and website optimisation tools.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think creatively and strategically about growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven: Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
