Litigation - General/Commercial Attorney at Thornton, Biechlin, Reynolds & Guerra, L.C.

Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for legal research, legal document preparation, drafting discovery and discovery responses, attend hearings and depositions (as needed) and meet with clients.
Responsibilities includes: Taking depositions, Preparing for and attending trials, Negotiating settlements and mediation presentations, Developing successful defense strategies, Court appearances, Client reporting, Drafting motions and other legal writing.
Should have JD Degree.
Must have 5+ years of experience with civil litigation (defense experience preferred).
Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
Should have 3 years of litigation experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
